Arrival Instructions:
Please report to the black boat harbour booking office at 65 Redoubt Street, minimum 15 mins before your cruise is scheduled to depart, to collect your boarding pass.
Cancellation Policy:
24 Hour Cancellation Policy in effect - cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled cruise will incur 100% Booking fee.

- While the beer or wine is complimentary on this cruise, we are a licensed establishment and therefore abide by regulations on the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. The crew onboard are the final authority on alcohol supply and consumption. Anyone deemed intoxicated will not be permitted on the cruise. All adult passengers under the age of 25 must have a valid ID to be presented at request. (HANZ 18+ card, NZ drivers licence, or currently valid passport only)
